Hi there! It's so great to have you here. Just a little about me. I am a wife and Mom of 3 beautiful girls. I work full time as a wound nurse in a hospital. So, I am very familiar with trying to juggle career and home life while trying to all take care of myself.
In 2019 my husband was diagnosed with cancer and it turned our world upside down. I was more stressed and anxious than I had ever been. Then along came COVID and everything that it brought and of course more stress. In 2021 my Dad passed away and and my husbands cancer was back. It was then that I realized if I didn't take better care of myself I would be the next one to be sick. So that is exactly what I did, I started to prioritize my own mental and physical health and wellness. Now I want to share what I have learned with you.
